    My name is Tootsie Peck, and I live and work in the NORTH GEORGIA area. I am a degreed interior designer who has been practicing design for a number of years. I have also bought 11 homes and sold 10 of them. I know the current market and what sparks a buyer to really get excited about your home.I will be more than happy to help you get your home market ready in order to sell it quickly and for the maximum price.



    WHAT DOES MY HOME STAGING CONSULTATION INCLUDE?

      • A complete walk-thru from front yard to back yard for up to 2 hours
      • I will take digital photos that you can use for reference
      • I will give you room by room recommendations, as well as recommendations for your exterior and yard
      • You will receive a fully written report on the evaluation of your home
      • I will recommend places to make purchases, if necessary, that will minimize spending
      • If possible, you will be given ideas for simple DIY projects
      • If you wish, there will be a one time final walk-thru to evaluate your end results


    WHAT DOES MY HOME STAGING CONSULTATION COST?

      • 300.00 for the complete project, as described above


    WHAT ARE MY QUALIFICATIONS?

      • An ABA degree in Interior Design
      • 5 years experience in Commercial Design and 17 years experience in Residential Design
      • I am aware of what buyers are looking for in a home
      • I have an eye for detail that will help to enhance your home to its best potential
      • I am budget conscious and will do the utmost to keep spending at a minimum



    Some changes are very subtle but make a big impact. Other changes may be major and will have the WOW factor to take your home to the top of the heap. The object is, of course, to achieve the best look for the least amount of money.
